Ingredients: corn starch, powder chocolate [sugar, cocoa powder, cocoa butter,
emulsifier (soy lecithine)], maltodextrine, cocoa powder, dried cream, hazelnut
aroma, powder skimmed milk, table salt.
May contain wheat, eggs and hazelnut in trace amounts.
Preparation: Mix the pudding powder with 50 g (3 tablespoons) sugar. Take 5 tablespoons milk off 1/2 l cold milk and mix well with pudding and sugar to get smooth mixture. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from heat and stir in the diluted pudding powder, constantly stirring for another 1-2 minutes. Pour the hot pudding into wet serving dishes to cool. For 500 g of pudding (4 servings).
Storage: Keep in dry and cool place.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Packaging: 48 g for 500 ml milk.
