
This is an aromatic, semi-thick soup
with a mild creamy taste, supplemented with specific spices and rich
pieces of champignon mushrooms.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Ingredients: wheat
flour, skimmed milk powder, vegetable fat, corn starch, table salt, dried champignon mushrooms 8%, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), sugar, yeast
extract, persley leaves, spices, acid (citric acid).
May contain traces of
celery and eggs.
Usage: Dehydrated product for 4 servings / 1L of soup.
Preparation: Empty the contents of the package into 800 mL of lukewarm water and stir with a whisk until the soup boils. Simmer for 8 minutes stirring constantly. Near the end of cooking add 200 mL of milk, stir and let the soup boil.
Storage: Keep in a dry place at room temperature.
Shelf life: Best before date printed on the lid.
