Podravka Rustic mustard is based on mustard estragon and is of the highest quality. Rustic mustard is seedier in structure, for mustard seed is only partially grained.
A striking note of the taste in Rustic mustard is provided by a special manufacturing process during which mustard must be left aside for some time before being filled in jars.
Ingredients: Water, mustard seed (24%), vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, colours: plain caramel, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavour tarragon (0.003%).
Usage: Podravka Rustic mustard is a
perfect side dish that goes well with all the spicy dishes from the grill or
oven, ideal for the preparation of excellent vegetarian dishes, sauces and
marinades.
Excellent
and distinctive flavour and aroma of mustard with larger grains of mustard will
give a fine touch of sharpness to sauces, but will not overcome the basic
ingredients.
Add
Podravka Rustic mustard into cooked meals, but only at the very end of cooking
to keep the special flavour.
Storage: Keep at dry and dark place.
Best before: 18 months.
