
Pizza ketchup made from healthy and ripe tomato with carefully selected ingredients, intending to satisfy even the most picky tastes. It can be used for preparing pizza, for many simple, fast, delicious and healthy meals, for the preparation of warm and cold sauces, for topping cooked vegetables, pasta, rice or simply as a dip for raw vegetables, spring rolls, crackers, snack. It blends well with seafood, especially prawns, so it is convenient for preparing brusquettes, warm sandwiches, spreads and similar... It is convenient for preparation of salads, especially in combination with olive oil, aceto balsamico, garlic, lemon... Ingredients: water, tomato concentrate (23%), sugar, modified starch, table salt, spices, preservatives, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.
Usage:
1. Make the dough according to
own recipe. Roll the raised dough and put in the oiled pan.
2. Coat with (sauce) Pizza
ketchup, and spread the stuffing over it as desired.
Bake in oven previously heated at 220 °C.
Before serving you can add some more pizza ketchup on the baked pizza.
Storage: After opening keep in the refrigerator.
Shelf life: 12 months.
