Pizza sauce is a ready-made tomato product, used for the preparation of a variety of tasty pizzas. The basic ingredient is tomato (95%), with the addition of onion and different herbs and spices.
It is well known that tomato contains lycopene, an antioxidant which gives this product, besides its excellent taste, the characteristic of a healthy product.
Pizza Sauce contains no preservatives and is also recommended for vegetarians. One 350g jar of Pizza Sauce is enough for the preparation of four 22-25 cm diameter pizzas, or one 40x40 cm square pan pizza.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening up to 4 days.
Shelf-life: Best before date printed on the lid.
