The aroma and flavour of Srijemska sausage are characteristic for fermented and smoked sausages without any foreign admixtures. The sausage cut shows a mosaic filling of approximately uniform pieces of muscle and fat. The current product range of Srijemska sausage includes vacuumed Srijemska sausage and uniform slices in vacuum trays, net weight 150 g.
Storage: store in a dry and dark place at temperature up to +15 (vacuum wrapping up to +4)
Shelf life: 150 days in vacuum wrapping
Preparation: ready-to-use product, no additional preparation necessary; cut in thin slices, serve in a sandwich, as cold hors-d'oeuvre or as a part of various culinary delicacies.
