An exotic meal can always be prepared in a simple way if you are using Fant mix for meat with vegetables in wok. One of the characteristics of the Chinese cuisine is chopping meat and vegetables in stripes. Much attention is also given to the colours of the selected victuals which have to vary. The preparation itself is very short as the food is prepared on high temperatures in wok or deep fried in oil. Combination of meat, spices and vegetables makes this a tasty meal.
Ingredients: corn starch, sugar, table salt, wheat flour, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), yeast extract, coriander, button mushroom leaves, herbal fat, garlic, ginger, dried celery leaf, acid (citric acid), turmeric, caraway, cardamom, black pepper, chili. May contain eggs and milk in trace amounts.
Usage: For 4 portions add 300 g meat, 300 g paprika (green, red, yellow), 200 g leek, 150 g carrot, 4 spoons soy sauce.
Preparation:
- Pour oil in wok and heat up. Cut the carrot, peppers and leek in stripes and fry each separately for 2 minutes in oil. When the vegetables are fried, remove from the pan and leave on the side.
- Cut the meat in strips and fry in wok until the liquid evaporates.
- Add fried vegetables, soy sauce, pour over with 400 ml of lukewarm water and stir the contents of the bag. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. You can add several cubes of pineapple as desired. For this recipe you can use chicken, turkey, pork or baby beef. You can also add other kinds of vegetable, soy sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake and similar.
Storage: Keep in dry place at room temperature.
Shelf life: To be used by the date on the back side of the packaging.
