Custard slices are one of the most popular cakes, from Samobor to Paris. Cream do not require cooking; it is enough only to add water to the mixture. This custard filling can also be used in preparing other sweets like cakes, rolls, biscuit bases. 

Custard filling contains vegetable fats, milk proteins, skimmed milk powder and edible gelatin.

Empty the bag contents in 5 dl of cold water. Mix slowly with an electric mixer and continue to mix for 5 minutes at medium speed. Ingredients: sugar, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, edible gelatin, hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut, palm), glucose syrup, emulsifier (E 472a), milk proteins, acidity regulator (disodium phosphate), stabiliser (potassium phosphate), color (beta-carotene, paprika extract), acid (citric acid), flavour. May contain wheat and eggs.
