Grilled Cuttlefish Salad
- Recipe by coolinarika.com -Grill cuttlefish for just 3-4 minutes so they are not tough and serve with a mixture of olive oil, crushed garlic, parsley, orange and lemon juice. Serve with previously prepared vegetables and just – Enjoy your meal!

Preparation
Clean cuttlefish, wash and wipe dry with paper towel. Put tomatoes cut in quarters and pitted olives in a bowl. Peel the cucumbers half way, clean away the seeds, slice and add to the tomatoes. Heat the grill well, smear with oil and place cuttlefish. Grill on both sides for 3-4 minutes, remove from grill, sprinkle with Vegeta and add tomatoes and cucumbers. Mix olive oil and crushed garlic, parsley, orange and lemon juice.
Serving: Season the cut vegetables and grilled cuttlefish with dressing and serve.
Advice: Do not grill the cuttlefish too long so they are not tough.
