
Preparation
Sprinkle tuna steaks with Vegeta Natur grill and marinate about 10 minutes. For the dressing, combine olive oil with lemon juice, ground pepper, salt, oregano and crushed garlic. Grill tuna on both sides in a grill pan or on the barbeque. Add capers to arugula, add in prepared dressing and stir gently.
Serving: Lay tuna steak on a bed of the prepared salad, sprinkle with olive oil and shavings of sheep’s cheese, and serve.
Advice: Instead of arugula, you can also use other types of lettuce, like watercress, lamb’s ears, etc.
