- Sprinkle tuna steaks with Vegeta Natur grill and marinate about 10 minutes.
- For the dressing, combine olive oil with lemon juice, ground pepper, salt, oregano and crushed garlic.
- Grill tuna on both sides in a grill pan or on the barbeque.
- Add capers to arugula, add in prepared dressing and stir gently.
Serving: Lay tuna steak on a bed of the prepared salad, sprinkle with olive oil and shavings of sheep’s cheese, and serve.
Advice: Instead of arugula, you can also use other types of lettuce, like watercress, lamb’s ears, etc.
