
Preparation
Sprinkle chicken breast with Vegeta Natur for chicken and add oil. Marinate about 10 minutes, and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with a little rosemary and bake about 30 minutes at 200°C until skin is crispy. Peel new potatoes, if potatoes are larger, cut into smaller pieces. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from pan, and add butter and olive oil to pan. Once heated, add potatoes and fry until golden. Add peas, basil, salt, pepper and a little water. Cover and sauté about 15 minutes, until vegetables are softened. When done, sprinkle with bacon bits and chopped parsley.
Serving: Serve juicy chicken with aromatic vegetables.
Advice: Instead of chicken breast, you can prepare this dish with legs or thighs, or a whole chopped chicken.
