Aromatic chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

  • ½ packet Vegeta Natur for chicken (15 g)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Vegeta Maestro chopped rosemary
  • 4 chicken breasts (skin on)

Side dish

  • Vegeta Maestro black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Vegeta Maestro chopped basil
  • 250 g Podravka frozen baby peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 g butter
  • 120 g Podravka bacon
  • 1 kg new potatoes (small)

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle chicken breast with Vegeta Natur for chicken and add oil. Marinate about 10 minutes, and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Sprinkle with a little rosemary and bake about 30 minutes at 200°C until skin is crispy.
  3. Peel new potatoes, if potatoes are larger, cut into smaller pieces.
  4. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from pan, and add butter and olive oil to pan. Once heated, add potatoes and fry until golden.
  5. Add peas, basil, salt, pepper and a little water. Cover and sauté about 15 minutes, until vegetables are softened.
  6. When done, sprinkle with bacon bits and chopped parsley.

Serving: Serve juicy chicken with aromatic vegetables.

Advice: Instead of chicken breast, you can prepare this dish with legs or thighs, or a whole chopped chicken.
