Lettuce and Whey Cheese Salad

Preparation
Trim, wash and slice the iceberg lettuce. Add washed rocket and corn salad leaves and sliced cherry tomatoes. Dice the whey cheese and add to the salad bowl. To make the dressing, combine olive oil, Vegeta Twist for salad mix and vinegar. Add the dressing and toss the salad just before serving.
Advice: You can add other vegetables such as cucumber, radishes etc. The best salads are made with fresh ingredients of the season. By adding whey cheese or ricotta cheese you have added high-quality protein to a light tossed salad. If sheep- or cow-milk whey cheese is not available, ricotta cheese makes a perfect substitute.
