Release of PODRAVKA Inc. shares on transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities - Notice on 4.5.2021

Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 120 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Ljiljana Šapina, Member of the Management Board, on May 3rd 2021 released 2,845 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange, through the authorised broker Zagrebačka banka d.d.

In accordance with the Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523, informations about the transactions are stated in the Template for the Notifications on the transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, and for the disclosure of those transactions - and which Template is enclosed as an integral part of this Notice.
