Changes in voting rights - Notice

Pursuant to the Article 428 of the Capital Market Law, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević Str. No 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, (hereinafter: Issuer), hereby notifies it has, on 9th November 2016, received a Notification, pursuant to the Article 413 of the Capital Market Law, on change in voting rights from SKAGEN KON-TIKI VERDIPAPIRFOND.

Pursuant to the Article 413 of the Capital Market Law the Issuer has received the following information:
