How to put together in organization fields of knowledge and idea management through HR activities and online platforms that connect e-learning and social networking?
Snježana is a head of knowledge management projects at Podravka. Passionate about learning, innovations and digital technologies. Business and academic working experience: idea and innovation management, project management, knowledge management, e-learning, event management, change management, human resources development & education, training.
In 2016 awarded for woman leadership in the field of Human Resources; innovations and digital technologies (Women in Adria). In 2016 participated at "Movers and shakers" annual list for 2016 - for achievement in corporate learning (Training Press Releases, U.K.). Also, two times awarded by Best HR Practices for managing HR projects; first prize in 2016 for managing the HR project in the field of implementation of open innovations in Podravka and third prize for managing the HR project in the field of implementation knowledge management in Podravka.
As a panelist and speaker she participated in many conferences in the areas that combine knowledge sharing and the use of advanced information and communication technologies. She has been intensively engaged in digital learning in the last six years; she led the implementation of e-learning project in the Podravka Group and has an extensive experience in various aspects of e-learning in a business environment. She currently operates in the fields of knowledge and innovation management.
In her presentation, together with Emir Džanić, an open innovation manager, she will talk about the way Podravka implemented the open innovations system, with a special emphasis on activities related to the change in corporate culture.
Also, Snježana will, along with Tomislav Bišćan from Cognita, present IT system for idea and innovations managing, implemented in Podravka as part of open innovations project. It is a "Hungry for new ideas" system for collaboration and joint work on new ideas with the social networks characteristics.
