Disney Creativity Strategy

Every era and every branch have its buzzwords. Last years it was all about Cloud, Sustainability, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence,... Those words are reflecting the situation and setting the trend in the same time. They become enchanting mantras. One of this mantras is Creativity. In the matter of fact, it is a mantra for quite a long time. Many people perceive creativity as something wacky and spontaneous. The first association that occurs to them is an eccentric artist full of bright colors. Maybe that was a thru many years ago but today we have a whole Creative industry and there you play by a little bit different rules. Yes, the creative artist is still a part of the process, but just a part of it.

In this workshop we will introduce you to Disney Creativity process. This method was developed in 1994 by Robert Dilts as a result of his brilliant analysis of Walt Disney’s approach to solving problems. It is a complex creativity strategy in which persons or a group uses different specific thinking styles in turn to achieve optimum results solving the problems in the new and creative way. You will learn one of key factors that lies behind a success story of this genius. By the end of the workshop you will be able to recognize different roles in your team and use it to maximize your results.
