How does the management system work inside Podravka?
For a systematic approach to business managing, standardizing and improvement of business processes the corporative function for quality control has been established. Here we coordinate the projects of business excellence and education of our employees on all levels for aforementioned areas. The Podravka educational centre for HACCP which has been licensed by the British (the only one in Croatia) has been registered as a part of corporative function for quality management. RIPH-a (Royal Institute for Public Health),
svjetski poznate i priznate institucije za ovo područje. Podravka je članica EFQM-a
(European Foundation for Quality Management) i opredijeljena za poslovnu
izvrsnost. Elementi poslovne izvrsnosti ugrađuju se u poslovne procese pri
poboljšavanju učinkovitosti postojećih poslovnih praksi. Sustav upravljanja
transformira se uvođenjem inovativnih načina mjerenja učinkovitosti (performance measurement) i uspostavom
upravljanja učinkovitošću poslovnih procesa (process performance management). Predstavnici Podravkine korporativne
funkcije za upravljanje kvalitetom aktivni su u radu svih asocijacija koje se
bave sustavnim pristupom kvaliteti u Hrvatskoj (HDK - Hrvatsko društvo za kvalitetu, HDMK - Hrvatsko
društvo menadžera kvalitete kao i u vodećim europskim organizacijama (EOQ
- European Organization for Quality - i EFQM - European
Foundation for Quality Management). Podravkin pristup kvaliteti definiran
je i u Politici kvalitete, jednom od temeljnih dokumenata sustava upravljanja. Svojim
aktivnostima i rezultatima na području sustava upravljanja Podravka dokazuje
svoju sposobnost udovoljavanja zahtjevima tržišta EU uspostavom učinkovitijeg
poslovanja. U 2008. godini glavni će napori biti usmjereni na implementaciju
sustava za upravljanje okolišem iz kojih je razloga Uprava pokrenula poseban
projekt za njegovu implementaciju. Po završetku projekta sustav će biti
integriran u postojeći sustav upravljanja.
