The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, Mr Antun Vujić Dr.Sc. and associates visited Podravka on Tuesday, 3 April. After viewing the artistic treasures in Podravka’s fund and visiting the specialist library together with the Deputy President of the Management Board of Podravka, Željko Đurđina and his associates, he discussed new models of financing Croatian culture.

The Minister offered Podravka partnership in a new project entitled “The White Square of Culture” in which the leading Croatian companies would jointly sponsor cultural projects of national significance. The Minister, Mr Vujić, used the occasion of his visit to Koprivnica to talk to the representatives of towns and counties, promising financial support for the renovation of cultural monuments. He also met with the renowned artists, Miško Kovačić, Ivan Večenaj and Josip Generalić.
