Podravka sold its part ownership in RTL Hrvatska
Signing this Contract, Podravka's part ownership of 8.5 % of the total capital stock in RTL Hrvatska d.o.o., is transferred to CLT - UFA SA, Luxembourg.
CLT-UFA S.A., Luxembourg and Podravka d.d., Koprivnica concluded on Tuesday, 10. October, 2006 a Contract on sales and transfer of part ownership in RTL company.
Signing this Contract, Podravka’s part ownership of 8.5 % of the total capital stock in RTL Hrvatska d.o.o., is transferred to CLT – UFA SA, Luxembourg.
