Podravka's Management Board appoints new executive management
In conformity with the implementation of the new organisation, Podravka's Management Board has appointed a new executive management for the company.
In conformity with the implementation of the new organisation, Podravka’s Management Board has appointed a new executive management for the company. The essential guideline for the new organisation is unified responsibility for core business processes. The stress in on the processes and their efficiency, as well as on the clear designation of responsibilities for individual processes. There are three types of processes: (1) processes through which a supply of raw materials and other necessary materials are ensured for production, (2) processes related to production, and (3) processes through which contact is made with buyers and consumers. In the new organisation there will be three Strategic Business Areas (SBAs). These comprise: Foods and Beverages, Services, and Pharmaceuticals
Those appointed as executive directors in SBA Foods and Beverages are as follows: Tomislav Horvat (marketing), Katarina Matijević (product development), Marin Pucar (the Croatian market), Davor Popović (the market of Southeast Europe), Miroslav Repić (the market of Central Europe), Danko Martinčević (the market of Eastern Europe), Ivan Hegeduš (the market of Western Europe, transatlantic countries and the East), Saša Romac (commercial partners management), Marko Ećimović (production I), Tomo Trošelj (production II), Slavica Kolesar (meat products), Franjo Abramović (logistics), Milica Grubačević (operational controlling), Đuro Zalar (quality control and technology development), and Valent Vrhovski (beverages). Zdravko Mikotić was appointed executive director for energy and technical services.
In the corporate sectors the following new executive directors have been appointed: Franjo Cirkvenec (human resources), Goran Markulin (strategic development), Branka Perković (legal affairs), Saša Blažeković (corporate communications), Marijan Jurić (business quality), Draga Celišćak (controlling), Josip Pavlović (treasury), Mirjana Kadija (accounting), Branko Vuljak (procurement), and Zdravko Šestak (IT and business supervision).
