Podravka's Beef Goulash awarded "Croatian Creation" label

The Croatian Chamber of the Economy granted Podravka’s Beef Goulash the right to use the “Croatian Creation” label. Besides Vegeta and Podravka Plum Jam, Beef Goulash is the third product by Podravka to carry this label. Beef Goulash is a high-class product of a characteristic spicy taste and standard quality, whose production began in 1957 in parallel with the production of meat extract, an indispensable ingredient of Podravka’s soups. Its quality meets the highest standards. A large number of certificates and analyses conducted by independent quality control institutes outside Croatia confirm its quality, and so does the fact that, owing to its popularity among customers, it has often been the object of unsuccessful imitation and falsification in many countries. Beef Goulash is currently being exported to twenty countries worldwide, among which Australia and USA.

Apart from Beef Goulash, Podravka’s Čajna cured sausage was awarded the “Croatian Quality” label. Čajna cured sausage is made of the finest meat ingredients and belongs to the dried sausages product group. The “Croatian Quality” label is awarded to Croatian products whose features, such as composition, design, ergonomic and ecological criteria meet high international standards. This is why the “Croatian Quality” label helps customers recognise domestic products of the highest quality.

The “Croatian Creation” label represents an even higher level of quality than “Croatian Quality” and is awarded to genuine Croatian products resulting from Croatian tradition, research and development, and innovation. Only a small number of Croatian companies have the privilege of their products carrying these labels, so that the “Croatian Creation” label is held by 49 products and “Croatian Quality” by 90 products.
