Podravka earmarks 2 million kuna for its retired workers

As one of the rare Croatian companies to do so, this year Podravka is continuing its long tradition of helping retired workers who have spent all or part of their working lives in the company. Each retired worker with five years of uninterrupted service in the Podravka Group and who has retired from that job is entitled to annual financial support in the amount of 24 kn gross per year of work. The right to financial support is exercised this year by 2,188 workers who have retired from Podravka. Apart from the financial support, retired workers will also receive a gift packet of Podravka products to the value of 100 kuna. In addition, Podravka has organised a special event in Koprivnica on 23 September with an entertainment programme for its retired workers.

In this way, Podravka management is paying tribute to the people who have contributed all or part of their working and private lives to Podravka, thus adding to its growth. Podravka will earmark two million kuna for this year’s financial support and for the organised event.
