Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board session held

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board at its 49th session held on 21 December 2009 appointed  Miroslav Vitković as PODRAVKA d.d. Management Board President.

PODRAVKA d.d. Supervisory Board also agreed with the Management Board's business plan for 2010, accepting also reports submitted by the authorized auditor on new findings for the year 2009 and their influence on the financial reports of Podravka Group for the years 2007 and 2008.

Both the Supervisory and the Management Boards of Podravka d.d. concluded that PODRAVKA will try to revive olive oil and olives production under SMS brand, which is owned by PODRAVKA.

Damir Kovačić resigned to the position of Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board member, and the Supervisory Board among other is starting the preparations for General Assembly of Podravka d.d. to be held in February 2010.
