Podravka and the Croatian Telecom start their strategic cooperation in the field of telecommunications services

Darko Marinac, president of Podravka’s Management Board, and Ivica Mudrinić, president of Croatian Telecom’s Management Board, presented the Contract of business cooperation in the field of telecommunications services that are tailored to Podravka’s needs.

This new partnership is a direct outcome of the companies’ successful cooperation in the past, particularly as Podravka was the first user of Croatian Telecom’s services: the mobile VPN service and the Internet-based international VPN.

The new Framework contract of cooperation encompasses a range of Croatian Telecom’s and HTmobile’s fixed and mobile telephone and Internet services. One of the biggest projects to be carried out is the central linking of Podravka’s international branches through Croatian Telecom’s data transfer system. Other plans also include the setting up of a telephone network to connect all Podravka’s Croatian offices with the Koprivnica headquarters on preferential tariffs. Along with the strategic partnership in telecommunications services, this contract opens up possibilities for other joint projects in the future.
