Notice: Podravka d.d. Management Board session held
Podravka d.d. Management Board accepted the reports on PODRAVKA GROUP business operations for the period 1 January - 31 March 2012.
Pursuant to the Capital Market Law (Official Gazette no. 88/08, 146/08 and 74/09), Company Law (Official Gazette no. 111/93, 34/99, 121/99, 52/00, 118/03, 107/07, 146/08, 137/09 and 152/11) and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that Podravka d.d. Management Board at its session held on 20 April 2012 accepted the reports on PODRAVKA GROUP business operations for the period 1 January - 31 March 2012, along with the draft resolutions for the General Assembly of PODRAVKA d.d.
