Gold in New York for Bruketa&Žinić and Podravka's annual report
Winning prizes for their annual reports, these young creative artists have set new standards in perceiving annual reports, not only on our market but also on markets around the world. Thus instead of a collection of dry numbers and data, "Feed me" with its imaginative pages becomes a book that you like to read and have. Basic idea interwoven in this work, and also the symbol of Podravka, is that everything you do needs to be done with a heart. It is important to stress that Bruketa&Žinić and Podravka were in New York the only representatives from Croatia.
Bruketa&Žinić, an agency gathering young creative minds, won a golden prize and grand award in the category of Off calendar Accounting at international competition ARC Awards 2006.
ARC Awards is the largest international competition honoring the greatest achievements in the area of annual reports. It is the only competition of such importance specialized solely in annual reports.
This year’s 20th competition attracted so much interest and gathered a record-breaking number of more than 1900 competitors from all over the world. For that reason the jury was also constituted of several hundred renowned names in the area of communications, from the most influential world agencies specialized in marketing, design and communication. Among the reward winners are the names of renowned world agencies and corporations such as General Electric, IBM, Beiersdorf and many others.
Already verified cooperation of Podravka and this designer duo has once again won the top of the designer world. This time Bruketa&Žinić have won the gold medal for "Feed me" annual report representing Podravka’s business in 2004. This is the fifth annual report for Podravka bringing once again the reward to Davor Bruketa and Nikola Žinić. Award presentation was held on 14. September, 2006 in New York. The ceremony was held in a prestigious New York club, the Union League Club, founded in 1863 as a place for gathering distinguished members and as a location for important events.
