Distribution Contract signed between Podravka and Unilever

Podravka Food Industry d.d. and Unilever, Croatia, signed a contract on the distribution of ice cream over the entire territory of Croatia. According to this contract, the already existing co-operation between Podravka’s Ital Ice d.o.o. and Unilever/Eskimo has been extended from the area of the Istria and Kvarner region to the rest of Croatia.

Together with the existing products and potentials of Podravka in the production and distribution of ice cream and other frozen food, the two companies are creating a range of high-quality and innovative products on the Croatian market, and offering a wider selection to consumers.

Unilever, with brands such as Eskimo/Algida, Magnum, Cornetto, Cornetto Soft, Solero, Viennetta, Carte D`Or, etc., holds the lead in the world according to quality and market share in the categories of impulse and family ice cream. Unilever, as one of the largest world companies, has recognised in Podravka a strong partner with whom to achieve synergy for the mutual benefit of both companies. As for Podravka, besides extending its products range, this will also allow it to strengthen its offer to customers and end consumers.
