The spin-off of Koprivnička tiskarnica, as a non-core activity of Podravka, could soon be completed.

“I expect that the final decision on which of the three short-listed buyers Tiskarnica will be sold to will be made in the next two weeks“, said Zdravko Šestak, member of the Podravka Management Board, who is leading the process of the sale of Koprivnička tiskarnica.

Three companies out of all those that addressed bids to Podravkas to purchase Koprivnička tiskarnica fully meet the criteria in terms of continuing to do business and cooperate with Podravka, and in terms of the protection of the number and rights of employees under the Collective Agreement. These companies are Mabacom from Sveta Nedelja near Zagreb, Grafičar from Ludbreg, and DTS from Koprivnica.

The negotiating team of the trade union of Tiskarnica employees has also been notified of the bids and the selection of bidders.
