Croatian Privatization Fund – recall and appointment of PODRAVKA d.d. Supervisory Board members – notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Company Law, Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we inform you of the following:
On 14th October 2009 Croatian Privatization Fund passed the statement of recall of the past members to PODRAVKA d.d. Supervisory Board:
1.    Mr. Franjo Maletić from Zagreb, Petrinjska 28 A and
2.    Mr. Boris Hmelina from Zagreb, Fraterščica 81/I.
On the same 14th October 2009 Croatian Privatization Fund passed the statement on appointment of new members to PODRAVKA d.d. Supervisory Board:
1.    Mr. Miljenko Javorović from Zagreb, Salopekova 8 and
2.    Mr. prof. dr. sc. Ljubo Jurčić from Zagreb, Malogorička 46.
The stated recalls and appointments to PODRAVKA d.d. Supervisory Board are coming to force as they are passed, i.e. on 14th October 2009.
