Appointment of New Management Board of Podravka d.d.

The six members of the new Management Board were proposed by the current president, Darko Marinac who is continuing this duty in the following five-year term of office.

At a meeting held on 21 February 2004, the Supervisory Board of Podravka d.d. (consisting of Božo Prka – president, Marko Ećimović – deputy president, and Darko Ostoja, Đuro Zalar, Barica Macan, Marijan Cingula, Goran Gazivoda, Milan Artuković, Ksenija Horvat, Franjo Maletić, and Boris Hmelina – members) appointed the new Management Board of Podravka d.d. for a term lasting until 2010.

The six members of the new Management Board were proposed by the current president, Darko Marinac who is continuing this duty in the following five-year term of office. Besides him, in the term of office that follows, the members of the Management Board will be Dragan Habdija and Miroslav Vitković, who have already held this function. Three new members of the Management Board are taking on this task from 1st April, and they have been recruited from the ranks of Podravka’s management. They are the current director of the Commercial Partnership Management Sector, Saša Romac, the current director of the Strategic Development Sector, Goran Markulin, and the current director of the IT and Business Supervision Sector, Zdravko Šestak.

Željko Đurđina, whose term of office will expire on 31 March, is leaving Podravka’s Management Board, and will remain in another post in Podravka. Also leaving is Dušan Tomašević who is consensually terminating his employment in Podravka and leaving the company, and Damir Polančec, who is taking on the duty of vice prime minister of Croatia for the Economy.
