Announcement regarding sessions of Podravka Inc. Management and Supervisory Board – Notice

Non-audited consolidated financial reports of Podravka Group for the period 1st January to 30th September 2012 will be considered at sessions.

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform that the sessions of Management and Supervisory Board of Podravka Inc. will be held on 30^th October 2012. Non-audited consolidated financial reports of Podravka Group for the period 1^st January to 30^th September 2012 will be considered at sessions.

The stated financial reports by Podravka Group will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and company web site.
