Announcement of Supervisory and Management Boards Sessions

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law (Official Gazette no. 88/08, 146/08 and 74/09), Company Law (Official Gazette no. 111/93, 34/99, 121/99, 52/00, 118/03, 107/07, 146/08, 137/09 and 152/11) and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that on 20^th April 2012 Podravka d.d. Management Board session will be held, and on 24^th April 2012 Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board session will be held, with the purpose of accepting business reports for the period 1 Jan - 31 Mar 2012, and to make a resolution on conveying the General Assembly of Podravka d.d.
