At the session of the Supervisory Board of Danica d.o.o. held today resolutions were made regarding changes in the Management and Supervisory Boards of Podravka's meat processing company Danica d.o.o.
As of 1 June 2012, new director of Danica d.o.o. will be Dragan Habdija, former director of Human resources and corporate administration department at Podravka d.d. Resolution was also made on appointing new members to the Supervisory Board of Danica d.o.o., where Miroslav Klepač was appointed its president and Zvonimir Mršić as a member to the Supervisory Board of Danica d.o.o.
