Podravka′s Supervisory Board and Jorn Pedersen have concluded an agreement on this Management Board Member leaving the company. Jorn Pedersen was appointed as Management Board Member in February 2012, while his last day at the company will be 18th July 2014. In almost two and a half years spent at Podravka, he was first in charge of international markets, and after that for divesting program.

"After having expressed his desire to work on certain development projects outside Podravka, we have reached an agreement on termination of engagement of Jorn Pedersen as Podravka Management Board member." - Dubravko Štimac, president of Podravka Supervisory Board said.

"Having worked in the market of Croatia for a number of years, I developed certain business ideas, and now I feel that right time has come to make them real. I will continue to live and work in Croatia and I am really looking forward to the new business stage in my life. Hopefully, I will have an opportunity to cooperate with my present company in the future on certain, mutually interesting areas." - Jorn Pedersen pointed out, thanking all those he has cooperated with, and wishing all the best to Podravka Management Board headed by the president Mršić, as well as to all other colleagues.
