PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Martina Dalić, PhD, President of the Management Board of the Company, released 2,500 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A which were previously acquired through purchases on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and a part of shares acquired based on business results achieved in previous years.
