PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that based on realization of the Company share purchase option right Martina Dalić, PhD, President of the Management Board of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of the Company based on the rights from the management contract for the year 2021, and a lien has been established on them.
