Transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities - notice on 23.11.2023

PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that based on realization of the Company share purchase option right:

- Davor Doko, Member of the Management Board of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company based on the rights from the management contract for the year 2018,

- Ljiljana Šapina, Member of the Management Board of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company based on the rights from the management contract for the year 2018,

- Milan Tadić, Member of the Management Board of the Company, purchased 3,300 ordinary shares of the Company based on the rights from the management contract for the year 2020,

- Senka Peroš, director of the Company ŽITO d.o.o., Ljubljana, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company based on the rights from the management contract for the year 2020, and released 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange.
