PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that based on realization of the Company share purchase option right:

• Davor Doko, Member of the Management Board of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company based on the rights from the management contract for the year 2020 and
• Ljiljana Šapina, Member of the Management Board of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of the Company based on the rights from the management contract for the year 2020.
