The treasury account changes
After the transactions performed, on 5 September 2007 the treasury account of the Issuer holds 19,262 of own shares, which is 0.36% of the capital of Podravka d.d.
On 4 September 2007 Central Depositary Agency system registered a transfer of 620 of own shares and on 5 September 2007 registered a transfer of additional 436 own shares to treasury account of Podravka d.d.
