The purchase of own shares

On 27 April 2007 the system of the Central Depositary Agency marked a change on the treasury account of Podravka d.d. with the purchase of 7473 of own shares, and on 30 April another 1929 of own shares was transferred to the treasury account. After the transaction of 3000 of own shares on that same day, the treasury account of Podravka holds 23,734 of own shares, which is 0.44% of the equity.
