The purchase of own shares

On 2 May 2007, Central Depositary Agency system marked a change on the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d. with the purchase of 1422 of own shares.
After the transactions performed, the treasury account of the Issuer holds 25,156 of own shares, which is 0.46% of the equity.
