Sessions of the Management and the Supervisory Boards – Announcement notice

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby announce that the sessions of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. will be held on 22nd March 2016 in order to establish the audited Financial Statements of PODRAVKA Group and PODRAVKA Inc. for 2015 and the proposal on PODRAVKA Inc. profit distribution for the business year 2015.

Also, during those sessions, it is expected passing a Resolution on convening and determining the draft of decisions for the General Assembly of PODRAVKA Inc.

The stated financial statements and decisions will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and the Company web site.
