Ruling of the Zagreb Stock Exchange on the listing of ordinary shares - Notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform that the Zagreb Stock Exchange passed a Ruling (Klasa: UP/I-451-01/15-01/129, Urbroj: 536-15-2) which company PODRAVKA Inc. aprroved the listing of 1,700,000 newly issued shares, with a nominal ammount of 220.00 HRK, of the PODR-R-A ticker, ISIN:HRPODRRA0004, on the Official market.

The first day of trading with mentioned financial instruments is 30th July 2015.

The Ruling of the Zagreb Stock Exchage is attached with this Notice as its constituent part.
