Ruling by the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia - notice
High Commercial Court has determined that "the disputed ruling was not correct nor lawful", and that the proposal should have been "dismissed".
Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia issued the following ruling (business no. Pž-3036/14 dated 14th July 2014).
In the above mentioned Ruling, the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia accepts Podravka Inc. plea and annuls the ruling issued by the Commercial Court in Varaždin (business no. P-122/14-3 dated 20th March 2014) in part of the ruling determining temporary restraint on Podravka Inc. disposal with the lien over shares of MIRNA d.d. with the ticker MRNA-R-A and settled extrajudicially by claim secured by pledge, through the sale of shares of MIRNA d.d. with the ticker MRNA-R-A. Based on that ruling on 20th March 2014 the Zagreb Stock Exchange stopped a public auction as scheduled by INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o.
