Resignation of the Member of the Supervisory Board - Notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), the Capital Market Law and the Stock Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that the Company has, on February 4th 2022 pursuant to the Articles 260a and 261 of the Companies Act, received a resignation letter from the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Ivan Ostojić, with effect as of June 30th 2022.
