Release of the own shares pursuant to Article 430 of the Capital Market Law - notice

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 430 of the Capital Market Law PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević Str. No 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that in execution of share purchase option rights regarding Company shares, the Company released on 19^th January 2017 a total of 18,000 ordinary shares with the ticker PODR-R-A which represents 0.252809 % of the Company's share capital.

After mentioned share release, the treasury account of the Company holds 174,900 of the own shares, which represents 2.456460 % of the Company's share capital.
