Release of the own shares pursuant to Article 430 of the Capital Market Law - notice

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 430 of the Capital Market Law PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević Str. No 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that for the purpose of execution of share purchase option rights regarding Company shares, the Company released 1,500 ordinary shares on 8^th December 2016 with the ticker PODR-R-A which represents 0.021067 % of the Company's share capital.

After mentioned share release, the treasury account of the Company holds 194,900 of the own shares, which represents 2.737358 % of the Company's share capital.
