Release of the own shares - notice

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 430 of the Capital Market Law PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević Str. No 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that in execution of share purchase option rights regarding Company shares, the Company released on 31^st January 2017 a total of 2,500 ordinary shares with the ticker PODR-R-A which represents 0.035112 % of the Company's share capital.

After mentioned share release, the treasury account of the Company holds 172,400 of the own shares, which represents 2.421347 % of the Company's share capital.
