2. based on contract on shares transfer concluded with FIMA AMI Ltd. 2nd floor, Europa centre, St. Anne Street, Floriana, VLT 16, Malta, register number C 41614 on 16th July 2007
3. released in total 576,880 regular shares and rights from these shares by the issuer PODRAVKA food processing industry d.d. (hereinafter: issuer) headquartered in Koprivnica, A. Starčevića 32, of nominal value HRK 300 per share, which is 10.66% share in the capital of the issuer and 10.68% votes in the General Assembly of the issuer.
