Release of PODRAVKA Inc. shares on transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities - Notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 120 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Melita Matić, Director of Controlling, BELUPO d.d., on June 15th 2021 released 15 ordinary shares, and on June 16th 2021 released 76 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange.

In accordance with the Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523, informations about the transactions are stated in the Template for the Notifications on the transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, and for the disclosure of those transactions - and which Template is enclosed as an integral part of this Notice.
